2. Prohibited Uses

The following uses of our services are strictly forbidden:

Stalking & Harassment

Tracking individuals without consent for personal or malicious purposes.

Criminal Activity

Using trackers to facilitate theft, burglary, or other crimes.

Child Endangerment

Tracking minors without parental consent or for harmful purposes.

Covert Surveillance

Hidden tracking devices without disclosure.

Human Trafficking

Any involvement in trafficking or exploitation.

Weaponization

Using trackers in weapons or for harmful automation.

3. Employee Monitoring

If using our services for employee monitoring, you must:

  • Provide written policy to all employees
  • Obtain explicit consent where required by law
  • Limit monitoring to work hours and company vehicles
  • Never monitor private areas (restrooms, locker rooms)
  • Allow employees to access their own data
  • Comply with local works council regulations

4. Vehicle Tracking

For vehicle tracking, you must:

8. Speed Alerts & Behavior Monitoring

  • Teen driver monitoring with parental involvement

9. International Use

If using our services across borders:
