Track2Secure247 provides real-time GPS tracking, location monitoring, geofencing alerts, and related services for vehicles, assets, and individuals (with proper consent). We offer:

• Speed and behavior alerts
• Device management and monitoring
• Reporting and analytics

3. Account Registration

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old to create an account
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Track individuals without their explicit consent

• Reverse engineer our software or hardware

5. Consent for Tracking

You are solely responsible for obtaining necessary consent from individuals being tracked. For vehicle tracking, you must own the vehicle or have permission from the owner. For employee tracking, comply with local labor laws and provide proper disclosure.

6. Fees and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance monthly or annually
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change fees with 30 days notice
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard. We may terminate or suspend access for:

• Violation of these terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• At our discretion with 30 days notice

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Track2Secure247 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
